Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet, jurist, and Sufi mystic whose six-volume Masnavi-yi Ma'navi is regarded as one of the greatest works of mystical literature ever written. His transformative friendship with the wandering dervish Shams-i Tabrizi turned a respected scholar into the most celebrated poet of the Islamic world.

The Greatest Master of Sufi Metaphysics

Ibn Arabi was an Andalusian-born Sufi mystic, philosopher, and prolific author whose doctrine of wahdat al-wujud (the unity of being) became the most influential metaphysical system in Islamic mysticism. His magnum opus al-Futuhat al-Makkiyya spans 37 volumes and remains one of the most extensive works of spiritual literature ever composed.
